Computershare has an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time Investor Intelligence Analyst to join our Georgeson team. This team is mostly based in the New York office, but we are also open to qualified candidates located across the United States who want to work remotely from their home office. This is a fast paced and collaborative work environment. This role will have the opportunity to work on initiatives across the organization and be part of moving the business forward.

The Investor Intelligence Analyst will be a key contributor to the investor intelligence team and ESG advisory teams, supporting the development and production investor intelligence capabilities and deliverables.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of high-quality client deliverables.
  • Work closely with peers, account executives, business development, and the consulting team to incorporate investor intelligence into client deliverables.
  • Investor intelligence research - Research investors' publicly available disclosures on proxy voting & ESG policies, proxy voting trends and policy or thematic provisions and incorporate into client deliverables.
  • Utilize resourcefulness and research capabilities to gather the investor and other third-party intelligence information needed to support client deliverables.
  • Support ESG advisory research.
  • Identify top institutional investors of clients.
  • Identify investor voting for clients.
  • Vote projection analysis.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with investor stewardship, proxy advisory, proxy, or ESG.
  • Experience with investor stewardship team or proxy advisor is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience demonstrating strong analytical and research skills.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
  • Significant expertise researching, compiling, and working with large amounts of data, and the ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Knowledge of investors and research capabilities to find, review, and distill the publicly available information regarding investors/investor coalitions.
  • Knowledge of ESG subject matter, such as leading ESG frameworks and standards, rating agencies and reporting programs.
  • A thorough understanding of the industry and investor proxy voting policies and views on ESG topics.
  • Comfortable learning new concepts and executing on multiple projects simultaneously, with strong time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Clear and effective communication with peers and management, with strong writing and editing skills.
  • Attention to detail is critical - able to concisely disseminate complex information to the team.

Compensation. $80,000 - $105,000 per year USD.
