We are seeking a licensed Investor Onboarding Specialist to join our team and be responsible for guiding our investors through the account opening process and ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and analytical skills, be self-motivated and able to work independently, and have a strong desire to contribute to the success of our startup.
Responsibilities:

  • Contact clients daily via phone, text, or email to assist with account open processes, including KYC, accreditation, and broker-dealer account open
  • Track progress of wins and losses and provide weekly reports
  • Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with relevant internal parties as needed
  • Onboard high networth clients and entities to the platform and provide white glove guidance through guide the process
  • Monitor payment activity and assist with ad hoc tasks and research as needed
  • Build strong relationships with clients and monitor customer satisfaction levels
  • Update onboarding processes and procedures and develop new training materials as needed
  • Follow up with clients to ensure timely completion of required documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the database
  • Facilitate resolution of client issues and escalate to relevant parties as needed
  • Identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process and make recommendations
  • Attend client meetings and presentations as needed
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet client acquisition and retention goals
  • Provide support for other team members as needed


Requirements:

  • Must have at least 5+ years experience in financial services industry and investment processes
  • Must have Series 7 license
  • Must have experience onboarding investors and ongoing account management (REQUIRED)
  • Strong knowledge of the financial services industry and investment processes
  • Proven success in a target-driven environment and ability to work independently in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, be flexible and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as finance, business administration, or economics (or equivalent work experience)
