Investor Relations Analyst

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Analyst to join our team. As an Investor Relations Analyst, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining relationships with our existing and potential investors, financial analysts, and other stakeholders. You assist in all aspects of the investors relations function to effectively communicate the company's financial performance, growth strategies, and industry trends. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in preparing presentations and the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.

Responsibilities:

• Quarterly earnings preparation process: Manage scheduling of earnings preparation meetings, initial preparation of documents including earnings press release, earnings presentation and quarterly infographic, as well quarterly presentations for the company's Audit Committee and All Hands meetings.
• Investor meetings and conferences: Coordinate and participate in investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and other investor-related events to present the company's financial performance and address inquiries from investors and analysts. Prepare briefing documents for all investor conferences and non-deal roadshows.
• Investor inquiries and requests: Respond promptly and professionally to investor inquiries, requests for information, and shareholder concerns, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
• Investor targeting: Assist in identifying and targeting potential investors and institutional shareholders who align with the company's investment thesis and growth strategies.
• Internal and PR communication: Collaborate with internal communications and public relations teams to ensure consistent delivery of IR messaging, both internally and with press and other non-financial external parties.
• Competitive intelligence: Monitor and analyze market and industry trends, as well as competitors' activities and financial performance, to help provide updates and insights to senior management.
• Regulatory compliance: Collaborate with SEC reporting and legal teams to ensure accurate and timely compliance with reporting obligations.
• Shareholder engagement: Collaborate with the legal and corporate governance teams to manage shareholder engagement activities, including annual meetings, proxy statements, and investor voting matters.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements, including SEC rules and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze financial statements, market data, and industry trends.
• Previous experience in investor relations, financial analysis, equity research, or related roles is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of software industry dynamics and competitive landscape is a plus.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $92,160 and $184,320 /year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
