Investor Relations Duties
- Assist in the creation and development of earnings materials (earnings release, script and presentation), investor presentations, and other reports by working cross-functionally to gather necessary financial and operational data
- Create, update, and analyze spreadsheets, reports and charts utilizing company data as well as peer and industry information
- Maintain internal and external documents, ensuring their accuracy, and keeping them updated in a timely manner
- Support Investor Relations events (equity conferences, roadshows and analyst days) with scheduling, logistics and preparation work
- Track peer earnings, news and other competitive intelligence; and author summaries for the executive management team
- Ensure investor relations website is up-to-date and accurate
- Aid in automating processes and procedures within the department
- Complete ad-hoc projects and reports to support the investor relations department, as needed
ESG Duties
- Form an in-depth understanding of ESG capital formation trends and institutional investor evaluation process
- Manage a complex ecosystem of ESG industry frameworks and external scoring systems
- Work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, HR, executive management, and our businesses to advance ESG-related efforts for all stakeholders
- Help educate internal business partners on emerging issues and investment community concerns related to sustainability and ESG compliance
- Aid in developing compelling written and visual summaries of ESG initiatives for both internal and external audiences, including infographics, PowerPoint presentations and reports
- Assist in developing and executing a proactive plan to improve global employee visibility, understanding and engagement in ESG areas
- Participate in maintaining internal control processes to track and validate metrics and data in ESG disclosures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field required
- Strong written and verbal communicator with quantitative and qualitative research skills
- Attention to detail, demonstrated accuracy and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Self-driven, inquisitive and a team player
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, particularly for financial analysis and/or reporting, as well as Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to create compelling visuals a plus
- Familiarity with Cognos, TM1, or Oracle planning a plus
