Job description: 

 We are looking to hire an analyst to join our global Investor Relations and Marketing (IR&M) team. Responsibilities will include:

• Manage the IR&M group calendar. Schedule and coordinate investor calls and meetings across all offices, keeping an updated log of meetings and participants.
• Prepare information sheets for attendees ahead of meetings.

• Maintain the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system :
• proactively update client information
• log all investor meetings and calls
• update investor distribution lists
• complete additional data entry projects as needed
• Monitor the IR&M general inbox and send incoming requests to the appropriate team member.
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly distributions to investors and help manage the Firm’s online investor portal.
• Update internal spreadsheets along with fund documents including standard marketing materials, presentations, organizational charts, staff biographies, etc.
• Assist with completion of investor due diligence questionnaires and update DDQ Database on an ongoing basis.
• Assist with management of investor subscriptions and redemptions.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as needed to support IR&M team.

Required qualities and skills: 

• 1-2 years’ experience in an investor relations role
• Hard working and resourceful.
• Strong team player
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Previous experience with calendar management required and CRM systems preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Personable and professional.
• Numerate and analytical
• Strong academic background from a top university.

Pay range in New York

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Base salary- $90,,000/yr - $100,000/yr
