The Investor Relations team is expanding and is looking for a highly organised and detail orientated junior to join in London. You will support the Senior IR team members in the management of the internal fund vehicle. Organising QRT investor activity, maintaining information and data, whilst supporting the lead for our in-house investment program.

Your future role within QRT includes:

  • Manage and maintain periodic QRT investor transactions, in close coordination with external partners
  • Liaise with employees on investment queries, and facilitate execution of trade lifecycle
  • Reconciling monthly flow, keeping trackers up to date and reviewing financial statements
  • Manage external and QRT data sources
  • Assist with creation of investor views and reports, e.g. unrealised profit / loss, cash flow simulation
  • Support the production of periodic investor documentation and communications
  • Manage relationships internally and externally, offering support to team members
  • Carry out organisational and administrative tasks
  • Be an advocate for the firm, offering the best service at all times

Your present skillset:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience, ideally in finance, accounting, operations (e.g. buy/ sell side, or fund admin service provider)
  • Expert excel knowledge
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills s
  • Ability to deal with high volumes of work
  • Ability to operate in an extremely fast paced environment
  • Team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Conscientious with the right ‘can do’ attitude
