Investor Relations Coordinator

K1 is seeking an Investor Relations Coordinator for our office located in Manhattan Beach, CA. This is a great opportunity to learn the ins-and-outs of fund operations through supporting the Investor Relations team! The right candidate will have strong communication and relationship skills, thrive in a fast paced environment and the ability to work well with cross functional teams within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordinating of travel arrangements and events
• Support day-to-day operations including database activity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: sales, finance, execution, and diligence
• Create materials for correspondence, presentations, reports and marketing collateral
• Support current team members in various responsibilities as assigned 
• Opportunity to engage with investors and executives around the world

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of administrative / coordinator / assistant experience
• Self-starter, attention to detail, ambitious, team-oriented
• Exemplary communication and relationship skills (verbal and written)
• Creative and entrepreneurial spirit with a positive attitude
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree- first generation college students are encouraged to apply
