Investor Relations Coordinator
Job Description

The Investor Relations Coordinator will be an integral member of the Investor Relations (IR) department, whichĀ is responsible for scheduling meetings and facilitating timely responses to inquiries from current and prospective institutional shareholders and research analysts. In addition, the IR team coordinates meetings between the investment community and management, targets new investors, gathers, and distributes business intelligence to key internal stakeholders, organizes facility tours, conducts investor proxy outreach in connection with the Annual Meeting, monitors the Company's shareholder base, prepares the investor presentations, and manages the quarterly earnings reporting process. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Investor Relations.
The is a hybrid role with the candidate residing in the Research Triangle Park (RTP), NC or Burlington, NC area.

Job Responsibilities:

Administrative functions that support investor relations' day-to-day activities as well as seasonal events and meetings.

Provides administrative support for IR events such as Investor Day, Annual Shareholder meeting, budget season, healthcare conferences and IR roadshows.

Supports the department during the earnings season that includes review and distribution of earnings documents, reviewing transcripts, and other similar tasks.

During earnings season, some overtime may be required.

Manages investor inbox and investor phone line to ensure timely response to investor inquiries; posts press releases as needed and notified NYSE of pending press releases

Scheduling support and expense reporting for the IR team
Education/Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associateās degree preferred.

Minimum of 3 years working in an high-paced, office environment, IR experience a plus.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Highly organized.
-
Proactive communicator with all levels of the organization and with external parties.

Ability to build relationships across the enterprise at all levels.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, Power point, Excel, IRinsights ā CRM tool.

Analytical skills.
