Job Description

The Investor Relations Manager is responsible for designing and executing the investor relations program for BOK Financial. This role will interact with executive management on strategy, perform financial analysis on company performance, maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, and develop the public presentation of and messaging of earnings performance and strategic progress for the investment community. In addition, this role will be responsible for related projects and assignments within the broader finance team.

How You'll Spend Your Time

• You will develop, enhance, and execute the bank's investor relations strategy, aligning it with the overall corporate objectives and market expectations.
• You will cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors, sell-side analysts, and ratings agencies to effectively communicate the bank's financial performance, growth strategy, and value proposition.
• You will prepare and coordinate the production of quarterly earnings call script, investor presentation, Q&A preparation, and other relevant communications materials that adhere to regulatory requirements and reflect the bank's strategy.
• You will collaborate with internal teams, including accounting, finance, legal, marketing, and executives to thoroughly analyze company and industry performance, develop external messaging, and ensure accurate and timely disclosure of material information to the investor community.
• You will monitor market trends, analyst reports, sell-side models, peer performance, competitive intelligence, and industry trends to provide insights on the bank's positioning, performance, and perception within the investment community.
• You will organize and participate in investor conferences, roadshows, and quarterly earnings calls, coordinating logistics, preparing scripts, and providing guidance to management.
• You will serve as a point of contact for investor inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses and maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• You will conduct comprehensive shareholder analysis and monitor changes in share ownership, tracking the bank's shareholder base and identifying potential risks or opportunities.
• You will stay informed about relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to investor relations activities, ensuring adherence to disclosure obligations, and keeping the bank updated on any changes or developments.

Education & Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or accounting with 7+ years of experience with public company in Finance/Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience.An advanced degree, MBA, or CFA is preferred.
