This is a HYBRID role reporting to the office 3 days a week (Tues, Wed, Thurs) the other days remote (Mon, Fri)
The Invoicing Operations Analyst is a key role in our growing Business Operations organization. This role is a critical member of our Finance organization that thrives in a fast pace, high volume environment and enjoys working cross-functionally to ensure business success. This analyst will use knowledge of field construction and terminology to review and approve invoices in our proprietary construction management tool (P2). Using our rate card and its application within our business, this analyst will make logical assumptions and decisions with any pass-through or cost-plus quoting. Responsible for providing business performance analysis, reporting and forecasting as an independent contributor and to prioritize your workload to meet standard timelines of performance. Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Conducts various statistical and financial reports, as assigned. Gathers analysis and creates reports.
- Assists in budgeting, forecasting, variance analyses and related reports, as assigned.
- Conducts financial research, analyzes financial performance against objectives and determines emerging financial trends.
- Maintains statistical/financial databases.
- Performs additional Business Operations duties and tasks as required.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
- Review and approval of Construction invoices
- Effectively communicate and provide status reports on work product
- Manages a high volume of vendor invoices
- Researching Vendor inquiries and following up to confirm all invoices are paid
- Must be able to read color coded mapping
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Knowledge of P2 desired
- Construction practices and knowledge preferred
- Cable industry knowledge preferred
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts through course-work or relevant experience preferred
- Suggest and implement process improvements to improve invoicing review efficiency
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Education
Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
