Invoice and Category Analyst - Supply Chain

This job performs a broad range of duties in support of the cash disbursements process to include: invoice processing and vendor problem resolution. You will work closely with internal stakeholders within Sales and Finance, Commercial operations, Mars Global Services, manufacturing sites and our third-party invoice processor, Genpact, to ensure our suppliers are paid in a timely manner. This includes, but is not limited to, working on activities that include vendor inquiries, account reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution by maintaining good relationships with vendors and internal company customers.

What are we looking for?

• Ideally you will around 2 + years of experience in a variety of Supply Chain and Customer Care roles
• Bachelors' degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or relevant technical discipline
• Ideally you will have a working experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems & Invoice Resolution
• You'll also need to have a good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• You'll research invoices in Cora to determine correct course of action to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• You'll support accounts payable function through efficient and accurate processing of invoices per the company Best Practice guidelines .
• You'll responsible for tracking all invoice errors that allows for root cause and corrective action. Work closely with commercial operations, site, SAP FE, and vendors to drive continuous improvement and reduction in days payable.
• You'll support the development and documentation of company processes and procedures.
