Become an Invoice Delivery Administrator at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. in Allentown. Join our Accounting team and be part of our newly built Center of Excellence Invoice Presentment team. You will have a meaningful role in client invoicing for our BioPharma and Biotech clients.

A day in the Life:

• Collaborate with your colleagues to determine the priorities for the day ahead, ensuring we meet service level agreements.
• Present invoices to clients via email and AP portals flawlessly and in a timely manner, using both automated and manual methods.
• Contribute to enhancing processes, particularly growing our implementation of robotic process automation (RPA).

Keys to Success:

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

Experience:

• Proven track record of accurate manual data entry in a multi-faceted environment.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
• Teamwork skills for teams of all sizes to successfully implement projects.
• Proficiency in a variety of software applications; skilled use of Excel and Power BI desktop is exceptionally helpful.
• Evidence of a continuous improvement mindset.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment:

• Office-based role in Allentown.
• Hybrid role. Three days in office/two days remote.
