Invoice to Cash (I2C) Specialist - Portuguese spoken

Location: Mexico City (Hybrid) 

We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. As a I2C Specialist supporting Brazil Finance. In this role, a typical day will include:

• Ensuring compliance with financial transaction recording standards (e.g., general ledger, cash payments/collections, tax transactions, etc.)
• Control/reconciliation of accounts and records (balance sheet, P&L, bank accounts, etc.)
• Accounting reports/schedules for internal audiences (management reporting) and/or for external audiences (compliance reporting) including consolidation of financial statements, cash flow reporting, budget reporting, etc.)
• Cost accounting/budgeting (allocation of direct/indirect costs, variance analysis, budget preparation, etc.)
• Accounts Payable/Receivable and/or Credit & Collections

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:  

• Bachelors degree -Accounting, Finance
• 2 years of experience
• Technical skills
• Good communication and attention to stakeholders
• Microsoft Office (Excel mostly)
• Must be fluent Portuguese

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in I2C and Credit & Collections
