Invoice to cash specialist

We are looking for a colleague located in Sofia for the Invoice to cash specialist role (temporary backfill)

The I2C Specialist will report to an I2C Team Lead and will ensure smooth and reliable cash application and allocation processes, timely collection of outstanding receivables for the markets in scope, ensuring that invoices are paid according to the set terms. The position will be a key contributor in the management and control of the accounts receivables ledger and in the execution of the set collection strategy.

The I2C Specialist will contribute to key projects in the areas of Account Receivables, Customer Master Data and Invoice-To-Cash.

What Would Be Your Main Responsibilities:

• Management and control of the Accounts Receivables ledger for respective Business Units and general working capital control.Develops strong professional relationships with customers and internal stakeholders;

• Responsible for the professional consideration and resolution of complex cases, critical topics and emerging problems in the I2C team using previous experience;

• Processes various reports, including accounts receivable aging and country specific reports;

• Initiates and participates in regular meetings with the assigned market, to review the payment performance and escalate issues;

• Cooperates with Customer Service, Commercial department and within Finance to resolve disputes or other challenges;

• Identifies opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovative solutions;

• Control on complex processes (Direct Debit, Credit control etc.;

• Supports the I2C Team Lead in projects and migrations execution;

• Cooperates closely with TL in team management, training of new employees, process management, responsibility for achieving the goals;

• Supports their Team Lead in resolving queries, escalations, and long-lasting issues.

• Acts as a role model, coaches and motivates the I2C specialists;

• Performs other related duties as assigned;

• Adheres to the principles of GMP, where applicable, in the extent related to the performed activity, as well as to the principles of Zentiva Group;

We Need You To Have :

• Master in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar

• 4+ years of progressive Finance functional experience in the area of customer and receivables management

• Ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks, be proactive and drive initiatives that meet expectations of big cross-functional, cross-border user groups.

• Tech-savvy, capable of translating transactional data into clear summaries for management.

• A performance-driven self-starter, confident and self-aware with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with ability to express ideas effectively through data or presentation.

• An excellent team player able to operate in a fast-paced and sometimes demanding environment.

• Good communication skills working in an international environment.
