Invoicing Specialist

Looking to make a difference? Join our team as a part-time invoice expert! Dive into the world of invoice creation, where you’ll wield your attention to detail like a pro. You will be responsible for ensuring every invoice is accurate, every detail accounted for, and every transaction smooth as silk. With your amazing organizational skills, attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel you will conquer any billing challenge that comes your way. Come join the team and help us make invoicing fun! You will spend your time:

• Generate accurate and timely client invoices following contractual agreements and client specifications.
• Setup Vendors in Accounting Software, process invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Perform various operations activities, including data entry, and validation.
• Run management reports and research billing discrepancies and errors.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding bills and assist as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.

• Have amazing Microsoft Suite skills, especially in Excel.
• Have a high level of attention to detail.
• Are Effective at time management.
• Love Teamwork and collaboration.
• Are agile and are able to ebb and flow with the work, while also adhering to process
• Are customer service orientated and love to make people happy.

While not mandatory, experience with Sage Intacct is a plus.
