Ionic Mobile Developer

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology or equivalent required
• Certification in any hybrid mobile application platform is a must
• 5+ years of hybrid mobile development (Ionic Framework)

Responsibilities

• Develop robust and responsive applications using Ionic framework with Angular for web and mobile platforms.
• Publish iOS and Android apps to the Apple and Google app store environments.
• Expert experience with application telemetry tools for user experience monitoring and performance optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Work through the entire app life cycle concept including Envision, Architect, Build, Deploy, Test and Release the Application to production.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by troubleshooting issues and optimizing code.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in Ionic and Angular to enhance application development.
• Work with version control tools such as github in debugging and maintaining Android and iOS applications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities and Job Requirements:

• Design and develop well-tested, high-performing, and scalable cross-platform Mobile Hybrid applications on the Ionic platform for iOS and Android platforms.
• Work with Product and UX to understand customer requirements and collaborate on the design of new features and strong UX design principles.
• Collaborate with other team members in an agile environment.
• Drive development best practices, including unit testing, coding standards, code reviews, and industry-standard architecture.
• Identify, propose, and implement best-fit solutions in a complex business environment.
• Apply corporate technical standards, procedures, and policies to resolve incidents and issues promptly.
• Ensure technical solutions meet business needs and that customer satisfaction with the delivered solution.
• Very strong knowledge of Apple and Google app store environments, including publishing releases, rolling back release and the approval cycles.
• Assure a high standard of quality in your own work and peers.
