The Team is primarily responsible for devising automation solutions, selecting and building frameworks, and managing system processes for TikTok. As a bridge between the infrastructure team and business teams, this team drives the effective implementation of automation in TikTok.

Responsibilities:
-Participate in the design and optimization of iOS client architecture.
-Contribute to the development of automation tools to enhance product quality.
-Collaborate on tool iteration and general architectural evolution.
-Tackle technical challenges and engage in research on new technologies.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field
-Proficiency in iOS development, programming skills, good design capabilities, and sound programming habits.
-Proven experience development ecosystems, and a deep understanding of engineering practices.
-Effective communication and collaboration skills, along with a team-oriented mindset and the ability to handle pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of iOS development experience.
- Has experience in specific areas (such as plugin development, componentization, compilation, performance monitoring, or static analysis)
