iOS QA Engineer - Full Time W2

$120,000 - $150,000

Role Description

The QA team at Prometheum ensures that all code, products and features are delivered to production efficiently, effectively and at the highest quality possible. We are looking to grow our team with the addition of a QA Engineer focused on testing iOS applications that are part of complex multi-system products. The ideal candidate has experience developing and testing iOS applications on iPad.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements to develop effective manual and automated test strategies for iOS applications
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning and Epic Refinement meetings
• Develop comprehensive test plans encompassing manual and automated test cases
• Perform manual exploratory and regression testing on physical iPads
• Create and execute manual test cases and plans using Xray
• Use Appium or other framework to build automated test suite
• Work closely with other QA engineers, developers and product managers at all phases of the SDLC

Qualifications

• Significant experience testing native iOS applications from deployed environments, specifically for iPad
• iOS development experience using Swift
• Experience writing and reviewing automated tests for native iOS applications using Appium or similar tools
• Experience testing GraphQL endpoints using Postman or similar tools
• Experience accessing databases and executing SQL queries using DBeaver or similar tools
• Experience with and understanding of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and Digital Asset Securities (DAS)
• Specific experience with VSCode, git/GitHub, JIRA, Confluence and Xray
• 3+ years remote work experience and familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Drive
