Position Scope

SES is seeking a talented Quality Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate is committed and dedicated, responsible, focused, detail‐oriented, able to adjust in a fast‐paced working environment, collaborate well with other staff members with a shared vision and demonstrate excellent organizational communication skills.

This position will be based in our Seoul, South Korea.

Reporting line is to QA Team Head in Korea.

Responsibilities

• Material quality control and analysis.
• Execute the quality control plan and quality data management.
• Work standardization in cooperation with China.
• Issue tracking and improvement with material supplier.
• Ensure the management of related quality assurance standards.
• Establishment of quality infrastructure and management of measurement tools.
• Collaborate with appropriate functional groups to drive improvements in quality performance.

Qualifications & Preferred requirements

• More than 3years of experience in material inspection and analysis of battery industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in related majors.
• Experienced and Familiar with analysis instruments: ICP / PSA / BET / Tap density / KF / HF / Conductivity / pH / SEM-EDS.
• Experienced secondary battery chemical material inspection.
• Good at using of statistical tools (Excel / Minitab).
• Good understanding 6-Sigma.
• Proficient in business level of English communication.
• Performance-driven work behavior and positive mind-set.
