Position Overview:

The Project Manager, Integrations is focused on centralized integration solutions, instrumental in the design, creation and management of the integration solutions that connect Endpoint to our external partners’ systems as well as driving efforts for internal integrations. This individual will work across departments and disciplines such as Product, Engineering, Operations, Support Services and IT to facilitate quality, reliability, and availability of endpoints’ systems.


The PM, Integrations will also perform as a “technical bridge” between Business and Development teams and will serve as a technical liaison when interfacing with clients. Endpoint’s value of “customer obsession” will be liberally applied both to internal and external customers.


The PM, Integrations will oversee implementations of integrations that leverage technical expertise, focusing on how the integrations work with Endpoint products with an emphasis on scalability, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and ease of installation and maintenance. They will work closely with internal technical teams to write user stories and requirements and collaborate with counterparts across the company to keep projects appropriately resourced and on time.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate troubleshooting efforts.
  • Serve as an escalation point for Operations to help triage and troubleshoot existing integrations or provide advice on novel integrations.
  • Work across various organizations to quickly triage and resolve complex issues.
  • Author and manage standardized/base Endpoint integration specifications.
  • Translate Central Integrations strategy and systems requirements into detailed technical, user, and maintenance requirements. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on Central Integrations releases, rollout, and training.
  • Provide reporting on the progress of the projects and proactively address issues.
  • Consult with company stakeholders and clients on system capabilities and implementations.
  • Identify proactive measures for monitoring, logging, and visibility into the health of Endpoint’s environments.
  • Drive initiatives and efforts to produce solutions for production incidents related to products, integrations, and escalated services.
  • Have awareness of all Endpoint systems and integrations and help facilitates issue resolution.
  • Participate in product and feature design reviews to ensure scalable and reliable solutions are developed.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager within the IRT industry.
  • Experience supporting IRTs that integrate with EDCs, clinical technologies, lab systems, etc. 
  • Experience in complex system analysis and simulations.
  • Experience in design and build of high-accuracy and high-reliability systems.
  • Experience in design, creation, and optimization of distributed applications.
  • Working knowledge of SQL is a plus.
  • Experience in Design/Architecture of AWS, Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud solutions is a plus
