We're currently looking for an IS Business Operations Lead to join our Nissan Digital-IS Operations team in Nissan North America.
This role will be responsible for operationally focused efforts related to Aftersales and Quality/Total Customer Satisfaction applications. This role also interfaces with IS Delivery peers, manages and liaises with operations-based managed support vendors, and engages with Nissan internal business customers.
Job functions Include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate and liaise with managed support vendors that provide operational support to NNA for Aftersales and Quality/Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) applications
- Liaise and engage with Aftersales and Quality business customers to understand required operational support requirements and drive areas of improvement
- Collaborate and liaise with local & regional IS peers to insure best operational support of related applications, systems and services to production operations, and to support efforts to standardize across regions within the Americas, where possible
- Collaborate and liaise with multiple teams and vendors during major incidents through their lifecycle from identification through investigation, documentation and eventual resolution and closure
- Participates in expedited post-mortem incident reviews with service owners and providers to identify the root cause issues, establishes need for problem tickets, and develops plans for future improvements
- Support operational budget development and contribute to objectives identification for business operations.
Qualifications:
- 7 - 10 years of experience in business and/or operations roles focusing on optimization and/or incident resolution
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline. Advanced degree preferred
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate details of complex issues to stakeholders, business and technical users
- 2 - 5+ years of experience in managing the objectives and focus of managed service providers based on contractual language
- Technology certifications a plus. Cloud Practitioner certification is preferred.
