IS Executive Assistant

Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented executive assistant to support our Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Algorithmic Trading. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, strong communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and under pressure to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.  

What you’ll do

• Support our Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Algorithmic Trading and their direct reports
• Manage an active calendar
• Keep clients well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and follow up as needed
• Arrange detailed, complex travel itineraries and agendas, and compile documents required for business trips
• Follow all internal policies and processes, including travel and expense reporting and work with Compliance to obtain required approvals
• Facilitate smooth communication across teams
• Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters proactively and expeditiously, and ensure successful completion of projects under firm deadlines
• Support, organize, and facilitate team engagements, social activities, and outings

What’s required

• 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably within the financial services industry
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build internal relationships
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
• Prior experience working in a global organization and managing global stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, and WebEx

The annual base salary range for this role is $130,000-$150,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
