TTI, Inc. is hiring a IS Identity & Access Management Analyst II - Remote to work remotely and occasionally travel to Fort Worth, TX.

The IAM Analyst II is responsible for assisting the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Manager in building a central IAM framework to enable an integrated experience across TTI systems and platforms. This position will report directly to the IAM Manager.

What our Identity & Access Management Analyst II will do:

  • Develop/Maintain/Mature an Identity and Access Management Solution.
  • Develop/Maintain/Mature a Privilege Access Management (PAM) Solution.
  • Ensures the right people gain access to the right materials and records at the right time.
  • Transitions current group and individual-based security and access controls to Role-Based Access Controls.
  • Designs, develops, and validates Identity and Access Management interfaces to applications.
  • Manages service delivery performance for the Identity & Access Management lifecycle.
  • Manages manual access delivery and removal services.
  • Accountable for quality delivery of critical access controls.
  • Collaborates with the broader IT team to implement logged elevated access controls for all IT administrative functions.
  • Aligns Information Security policies, standards, and SOPs with the strategic IAM vision.
  • Performing the day-to-day operations of access requests, fulfilment, and administration processes (ensuring access is provisioned/modified/removed accurately and in a timely manner) and keeping the audit trail of all requests.
  • Executing the access attestation remediation requests as defined by the access control operating procedures.
  • Communicates with internal and external stakeholders to keep them informed on project milestones and deliverables.
  • Develop and support the enterprise IT Security Awareness program and execute quarterly phishing test program.
  • Develop phishing metrics and analytics to identify trends and further educational needs.
  • Works with the security team to assist in any compliance or forensic investigations.


What we look for in anIdentity & Access Management Analyst II:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Typically 3-5 years of work experience in IT or business environment and/or B.S./B.A. in computer science, engineering, information systems, math or business.
  • Understanding of Information Technology operating processes used for systems to ensure effective delivery including but not limited to IT Operations mandatory operating standards for monitoring, logging, and alerting.


SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS

  • Okta Level II: Administrator Certified (Preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in teams with a collaborative interpersonal style.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively document procedures.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • 2 or more years experience creating and managing Powershell scripts for integrations with Active Directory and API's.
  • 2 or more years experience with a PAM solution.
  • 2 or more years experience creating and managing Powershell scripts for integrations with Active Directory and API's.
  • 2 or more years experience with integrating HRIS and IAM solutions.
  • 2 or more years of experience with identity and access management.
  • 1 or more years of experience with integrating applications into Single Sign On
  • 1 or more years of experience implementing a multi-factor authentication system
  • Knowledge of implementing a privileged access model for a platform or application

  • Must have the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
  • Detect and understand speech at normal levels and on the telephone; converse in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in person and on the telephone; ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
