The EACRI IS Customer Support Specialist will serve as the on-site primary point of contact for Cancer Center staff with technology-related needs. They will respond to users, gather relevant details, triage and determine the level of priority on issues/requests. They will work closely with the EACRI IT Team to diagnose and trouble shoot basic user issues, or escalate and assign to the appropriate IT resource. They will submit and track Providence IT service tickets, manage the EACRI IT inbox, work logs, documentation and inventory. Ability to share knowledge, follow departmental processes/procedures, provide basic customer training, offer thoughtful and accurate responses to basic technical questions regarding computing needs.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, General Studies or Associates Degree in Computer Science, IT, Healthcare, Customer Service or 2 years of relevant experience
- 2 years Call Center experience, Customer Service, IT
- 2 years experience in technical support, or 2 years of experience providing technical support in a high volume, technology focused call center
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, General Studies

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
