Your Role and Responsibilities
- Apply Onboarding expertise to the countries (ISA and MEA) – Develop and implement strategies for global Onboarding Operations and delivery services in alignment with the overall business objectives.
- Ensure IT Provisions for New Hires globally.
- Ensure KPI/Measures targets are met timely accurately for your region and periodic management updates. Lead and enable the team drive OnB results for success.
- Ensure Operational efficiency and positive experience for new hires and hiring managers.
- Stakeholders Management/relationships ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
- Plan delivery deadlines and resource management for the countries in the Region.
- Partner in implementing the applicable legislation changes with regard to GEVS and CEVs align the same through global Onboarding Design/Governance model.
- Identify simplification transformation Opportunities within Onboarding delivery services and share best practice with other regions.
- Partner in driving IBM transformational special projects – such as Success Factor and Immutable Talent ID deployment AVT implementation
- Ensure Statutory Compliance / Business Control/Audit requirements are met.
- Escalation management and apply strong Governance system.
- Track pain points – identified issues to resolution.
- Be the trusted advisor to OnB program and boost OnB program competitiveness.
- Team management Performance management change management
- Enable a result oriented collaborative and innovative team that delivers high performance.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Depth understanding of Onboarding process and best practices
- Knowledge of Human resources principles
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams stakeholders.
- Highly organized and solution oriented
- High level of knowledge of the relevant HR systems and processes
- Highly motivated strong leadership growth mindset.
- Process and People Management Experience.
