Role

The ISC Finance Director for UCAN assumes the role as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for our United States and Canada manufacturing plants' end-to-end supply chain. This role reports directly into the Senior Director ISC Americas.

The UCAN Groups Controller has the largest scope for a ISC Finance Director , overseeing an annual budget of $830M in value of production, $75M in capital spend and $77M worth of inventory. This role includes our North Cover plant, the largest manufacturing facility in Baxter. The UCAN ISC Finance Director has 7 direct reports.

Responsibilities

The ISC Finance Director 's primary responsibilities are:

Compliance:

• Provides oversight of all their plant's related GAAP, SOX and Baxter policy requirements
  • The ISC Finance Director has ultimate responsibility for group's financial records (P&L and BS)

Reporting:

• Provides relevant, accurate and timely communication of financial performance (past, present, and future)
  • Includes oversight of month end closing, the submission of weekly pulses, the preparation of quarterly forecasts and the preparation of the budgets (annual and long-range plans)

Influence:

• Maximizes financial performance through analysis, guidance, and accountability

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a salary range of 168000 to 252000 and also includes an annual incentive bonus and equity target (strike if not applicable). The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, business line, and geographic/office location
