We are currently seeking a ISD Media Support Specialist to join our team in Quantico, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

Job Summary:

The Instructional System Designer (ISD) will apply adult learning theory, including the ADDIE model to Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate curriculum for the client. The ISD should be well trained and experienced in instructional systems design and provide media content to support lessons. The ISD Media Support position is responsible for analyzing training needs, and building graphic and video media. This position will team with other ISD personnel and asssit with conducting level 1, 2, and 3 evaluations.

Instructional System Designers may be required to develop content for clients who are assigned to Unclassified and Classified environments.

Job Duties:

• Utilize the ADDIE model to create curriculum
• Identify training needs at different stages of career development
• Develop training content, implement training and conduct evaluations of the training
• Planning, scripting, narrating, and executing others' video shot plans
• Prepare scripts, shot sheets, establish lighting, adjust camera movements and set audio levels while recording
• Post production editing work: audio, video, photography and graphics into finished products
• Create visual productions using a variety of software/hardware
• Create and implement special effects into production videos
• Assist in ensuring alignment between identified job tasks, learning objectives and assessment

Basic Qualifications:

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Physical Science, or other technology-related discipline or other technology-related discipline.
  • High School Diploma + 4 additional years of experience = Associate's Degree
  • Associate's Degree + 4 additional years of experience = Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience
• Experience with adobe suite - photoshop, illustrator, premier, etc. (or similair graphic design tools)
• Ability to obtain Public Trust Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 years of formal classroom instruction experience.
• 3 years of Instructional Systems Design experience.
