Your Role and Responsibilities
*This is a position at IBM Japan Systems Engineering Corporation (ISE).

At ISE you will lead the implementation of a data utilization infrastructure that enables customers to drive digital transformation and quickly launch new services while working with IBM Sales and Service departments as a technical expert to develop solutions using IBM technologies and provide technical support on IBM data utilization infrastructure. Provide technical support for IBM Data Infrastructure.
The main product will be Db2.

Job Description
Develop solutions using IBM data utilization products and provide training and development.
Provide technical Q&A support for IBM data management software: DB2 and disseminate product technical information.
Understanding and organizing customer business issues and formulating an approach to data utilization infrastructure that enables problem solving using AI and data.
Support proposal support conceptualization design and delivery of data utilization infrastructure by leveraging skills with a focus on IBM products.

This position will allow the successful candidate to gain experience in global collaboration.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 2 years of experience in some kind of RDB construction and operation
Knowledge of data modeling
Communication skills to facilitate smooth work progress with related parties
English ability to read and understand documents such as manuals

Design and assessment skills related to Db2
