  • The ISO Business Unit (BU) Coordinator will have responsibility of the Advantest America, ETS Business Unit ISO9001 ISO14001 certification program.
  • The Coordinator will be responsible for the planning and maintaining of the ISO9001:2015 ISO14001:2015 standards for Advantest America, Inc, ETS Business Unit.
  • Must be technically oriented, able to exercise independent/pragmatic judgment, and capable of handling projects with minimal direct guidance supervision.
  • The Coordinator ensures documents conform to company and government standards and specifications, and consistency of technical information and write technical materials as required by ISO9001/14001:2015.
  • Other Responsibilities can include updating of California CERS database, recertifying the Storm Water exemption or certification, as well as ensuring that all applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety requirements are in place.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, related fields or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated solid experience in ISO9001 ISO14001 project management.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and efficiently cross-functionally.
  • Experience in technical writing, creating, reviewing and revising documents in English.
  • Must be a capable typist with good organizational skills in order to create and maintain technical publications with minimal supervision.
  • Must be PC proficient, with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
  • Good understanding of basic Machine Shop practices and fundamental understanding of precision CNC machining is a plus
