Your Role and Responsibilities
This is a newly established team to receive the transfer of project delivery management operations from overseas (Japanese). We are planning to strengthen the organization in Japan and you will be involved in the start-up of the team.
The position is based on telecommuting but you will be required to come into the office when necessary.

• Manage and support internal processes required for project delivery.
• Manage various reviews of project delivery.
• Cost plans change acceptance.
• Solution process operations (meeting coordination minutes etc.).
• IT Asset Management.
• Reporting and data analysis.
• Information management.
• System maintenance (ID access rights management etc.).

Helpdesk Operations. .

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Basic PC skills.
• Basic Excel Word and PowerPoint skills .
• Communication skills.
• Teamwork skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Reading skills are required to refer to English guides and understand English tools.
