Your Role and Responsibilities
*The position requires business level Japanese language skills (Speaking & Writing JLPT N1 level)*
*Japanese CV is required.

This is a position with IBM Japan Staff Operations Corporation (ISOC).
As a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) for HR/General Affairs/Procurement work you will perform work in a system environment for the client according to procedure manuals.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
*The position requires business level Japanese language skills (Speaking & Writing JLPT N1 level)*
*Japanese CV is required.

• General PC skills
• General Excel Word and PowerPoint skills
• Communication and teamwork oriented attitude towards work

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in human resources general affairs or purchasing
• Knowledge of payroll calculation
• Excel functions (SUM/COUNT/VLOOKUP)
• Ability to respond to inquiries via email.
• Skills in extracting and proposing work that will lead to business improvement
