Your Role and Responsibilities
This is a position with IBM Japan Staff Operations Corporation (ISOC).
- Position Summary Mission
This is a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) position where you will be working in a contracted clientโs system environment and following procedures as a BPO (Business Process Outsourcer).
- The role will involve the following tasks.
Accounting related tasks such as posting of debts and credits processing of transfer journal entries registration and retirement of fixed assets and financial tasks such as payments to external suppliers.
Updating and creating additional manuals.
Mainly check and supplemental entry work for posting receivables and payables using a workflow system shared with the client journal entries for transfers and supplemental and check work on the accounting system (ERP).

Most of the work itself has a fixed schedule so you will be able to proceed while discussing the division of roles and arrangements within the team. In case of unexpected events there will be a leader employee so you can work while consulting with them.
