Job description
Akeneo is blazing the trail for disruption of the PIM category. A key strategic initiative for the company is to expand Akeneo's App Store, the hub for high-value integrations with hundreds of complementary third party technologies (e.g., eCommerce, DAM, Search & Discovery) that make it easier for customers to improve and innovate the Product Experience across their entire customer journey.
To support this strategic initiative, Akeneo's new App Store & ISV Partner Program will give ISVs and other developers a clear path to integrate with Akeneo Product Cloud and establish a GTM partnership with Akeneo. The main goals of the Program are to drive app adoption and value for joint customers and to generate and influence pipeline for both Akeneo and partner businesses.
The ISV Partner Program Specialist will join Akeneo's team as the operational backbone of the App Store & ISV Partner Program. They will streamline all operational aspects of the new Program and provide critical support to Partners and to our internal cross-functional team, including Partner Management, Product Marketing, Product, and Marketing.
The best candidate for this role will be someone who is eager to learn, super organized with a strong attention to detail, and who operates with urgency and an innate desire to have their role make an impact on the business.
Responsibilities

  • Own all operational aspects of new App Store & ISV Partner Program launch in mid-2024
  • Establish and maintain weekly reporting against KPIs for the Program using internal systems, and present to cross-functional team on biweekly basis
  • Manage pipeline reporting in both internal systems and shared systems and records provided by select strategic partners (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)
  • Create internal operational guides to ensure accurate, consistent tracking of partners' involvement in new business opportunities and customer accounts, and engage collaboratively on an ongoing basis with key teams, like Sales and Customer Success
  • Improve reporting of customers' use of third party technology and specifically Apps that allow us to easily identify referral and upsell opportunities
  • Establish and manage end-to-end lead referral process to partners, working with Finance and Revenue Operations to ensure successful revenue share model with clear view of revenue paid and received
  • Organize and maintain all ISV Partner agreements, internal partner account records, and internal enablement resources
  • Establish and manage consistent onboarding experience for new ISV Partners in all regions, in line with the new Program tiers
  • Own annual assessment of success metrics per partnership as part of re-tiering process
  • Support the expansion of the Program as it enters new phases


Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Innate desire to learn, internalize and apply new learnings
  • Results-oriented with a deep sense of accountability and the ability to drive projects with urgency from start to finish, achieving the intended business impact
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and with less-than-perfect systems, while recommending and implementing fast and scalable solutions
  • Entrepreneurial and enthusiastic about navigating and succeeding in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving business
  • A scrappy, 'get it done' attitude; resourceful and creative
  • Team player - You act with empathy and communicate with honesty, candor, and respect
  • 3-5 years' experience in operations or program management within sales, revenue operations, partner management, strategic programs
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
