Requirements
We are looking for an IT Administrator to join our team to help us manage and optimize the IT infrastructure for greater productivity and to stay compliant with cybersecurity regulations. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and delivery of IT services, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders.
Candidates must have

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
  • At least three years' experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
  • MS Office 365, user skills (MsWord, MsExcel); SAGA/ CIEL/SAP.
  • Windows administration skills.
  • Troubleshooting skills.
  • B driving license and availability for traveling.
  • Basic knowledge of:
  • networking: TCP/IP
  • voice and data networking standards
  • hardware: laptops, printers
  • FSecure antivirus knowledge would be a plus.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude and organizational skills.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Able to create technical documentation and procedures.
  • Able to perform tracking of hardware and related equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain IT infrastructure in operation (monitor, administrate and ensures optimal functionality of company systems and software tools, applications, email, laptops, desktop solutions, software and hardware, printers, mobiles, security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments;
  • Perform routine and scheduled audits of all systems and working stations, including backups;
  • Provide technical support/helpdesk to users, performs troubleshooting to identify root cause, identify solutions and solve the requirements and errors;
  • Provide computer training to new employees;
  • Responsible of IT asset management, software licenses management and monitoring all working stations from this point of view;
  • Perform software and hardware installations on computers (operating systems / applications, including anti-virus ) according with company procedures
  • Managing crisis situations, analyzes and prioritizes tasks which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems;
  • Ensuring that software licensing laws are adhered to;
  • Assure preventive maintenance for outside locations;
  • Collaborate with company partners for IT infrastructure, equipment, licenses and security services.
  • Research useful information for software or hardware products before purchasing/installing them
  • Proactivity in documenting to increase team productivity and improvement in the company's IT system
