In this hands-on role, the IT Administrator will be based in our Burlington office and will provide essential IT support to teams in multiple locations, while also partnering with the IT Leadership on strategic projects to support business objectives.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to identify and document business challenges, processes, and functional requirements.
• Proactively work with stakeholders and IT staff to brainstorm, plan, and implement technology solutions that solve real-world business problems.
• Operate in the capacity of IT project coordinator as required.
• Help drive adoption of technology through training and one-on-one consultation
• Act as the local resource to troubleshoot and deploy hardware to employees.
• Respond to urgent issues impacting the business’s ability to function efficiently. Manage ticketing system.
• Support local server maintenance and trouble shooting as needed
• Provide desktop support to users in collaboration with outsourced IT provider
• Champion Marmon initiatives related to IT compliance and security
• Partner with IT Leadership on projects to support business priorities
• Other responsibilities as required or assigned

Qualifications, Skills, Competencies:

• Proven proactive problem solving skills
• Minimum 5 years working in a similar capacity
• Computer Networking, Technician, or similar education preferred.
• Proficient in software applications, especially Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of networking, server support
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Strong collaboration skills in one-on-one and team settings
• Able and willing to complete hands on, physical aspects of the role
• Available for occasional travel within North America
