SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support and manage Business Unit IT infrastructure (WAN, LAN, Phone services, servers, network security, and all connected devices) per IDEX policies/standards and Business Unit requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with the business to discover, develop, and implement technical solutions to meaningfully improvebusiness processes
• Evaluate existing hardware and provide recommendations for upgrade/replacement as needed to meet IDEX standards, Business Unit needs, and to provide stable and secure IT environment
• Provide end-user hardware support (troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, and replacements) on-site and remotely
• Maintain inventory of IT hardware, software licenses, and IT service agreements
• Support Business Unit audit requirements as needed
• Review existing IT Work Instructions and modify existing or develop new IT Work Instructions as required to document standard processes
• Leading and completing projects as assigned by the IT Manager

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• BS in Computer Science/Information Technology preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least 3 years progressive experience with:
• Microsoft OS systems (server and workstation)
• Microsoft Hyper-V virtual servers, VRTX
• Microsoft Azure and Cloud Infrastructure preferred
• Wired and wireless networking (Cisco and Meraki) hardware
• Desktop/laptop/tablet troubleshooting and repair
• IT Project management
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred

Total Rewards

The compensation range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,300.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
