IT administrator - V.I.E Program New York

Our New York office is one of our newer branches focused on managing our rapid growth trajectory working with Fortune 500 companies on a wide range of projects.

We are a tight-knit group that works closely together, expanding as we take on new clients and building upon the Ekimetrics culture.

We are currently looking for our New York-based IT administrator who could start their New York adventure March 2025.

These 24 months V.I.E will ensure an IT New York presence, but also work on Global IT projects (InTune, Security, Azure Cloud) together with our IT Team in Paris and our IT Director.

- Support the overall operations and maintenance of our computers fleet under Windows 11, the Office 365 suite, Intune, as well as Azure. Our Full Cloud infrastructure will allow you to acquire skills in this growing field.

- Prepare and install computers using Intune deployment

- Assist users on a daily basis

- Track incidents from the ticket management tool,

- Track stock status

- Manage suppliers and stakeholders

- Manage the IT aspects of the relocation of our New York office (we are planning to move offices next year!!)

- Actively participate in the various global projects:

o Continuous improvement of Microsoft Intune MDM & Windows 11 deployments

o Work on Azure projects in the Cloud (DevOps, Terraform, Terragrunt, etc)

o Work on global issues of system and network security requirements

About yourself:

- Graduate in an Engineering School or a master's in computer science, MIAGE

- Fluent in English and able to write documentation in English

- Good knowledge level in Windows desktops, networks, ideally with experience on the Azure cloud

- Autonomous and proactive, able to lead IT projects

- Rigorous in your job, with practical and organizational skills

- Comfortable communicating with direct work environment, customers or suppliers

To become an International Intern in a Company, you must fulfil the following conditions:

- Be aged at least 18 but not yet 29: you must be 28 when you start your assignment, bearing in mind that a V.I.E contract always starts on the 1st of the month.

- Be French or a European citizen. 

- Be in good standing with regard to the national service obligations of your country(ies) (defence ID n°).

- Have a clean criminal record.

- Be able to devote yourself full time to your assignment: no part-time work, entrepreneurship, studies or paid activity at the same time as your V.I.E.

- Accept the letter of appointment that you sign with Business France which sets out your rights and your duties during your assignment.
