IT Advisor, Technology Consulting, Digital and Emerging Technologies, Microsoft - Biz Apps - Dynamics 365 CE/ Power Platform - Technology Program/Project Management (Manager)(Multiple Positions) (1486741), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Philadelphia, PA.

Advise clients to understand, architect, select and implement bleeding edge solutions required to efficiently run their businesses, with a focus on Digital and Cloud. Lead and participate in enterprise solution implementations across the Microsoft Business Applications Platform, including all project phases such as discovery, definition, build, test and deploy. Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with functional analysts, architects, and developers, to communicate requirements for a complete solution. Build and maintain project plans, resource allocation, tracking milestones, deliverable and change requests to ensure proper project governance are in place. Apply knowledge of ADO (Azure Dev Ops), LCS (LifeCycle Services) and Microsoft Project, as well as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (CE). Work closely with the solution architects of Microsoft solutions to accurately estimate the effort required to deploy a configured system. Provide guidance and oversight of the project team, working closely with the solution architect, client and stakeholders to provide status updates, address any challenges, including proper execution of corrective actions, and continuously move projects forward to meet timeline, budget and scope expectations. Leverage EY's implementation methodologies, from SOW and surrounding tools throughout implementation and support.

Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate advisory and/or consulting work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field and 4 years of advisory and/or consulting work experience.

Must have 2 years of experience managing deployments of Microsoft technologies.

Must have 4 years of experience with project management practices and tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Smartsheets, Jira, ADO (Azure Dev Ops), and/or LCS (LifeCycle Services).

Must have 4 years of experience managing a project/program team, including setting priorities, monitoring performance, and staffing teams with resources.

Must have 2 years of experience with client relationship management specific to system implementation programs/projects.

Requires travel up to 50%, of which 10% may be international, to serve client needs.
