Qualifications:

• 15+ years of demonstrated success in leading teams delivering end-to-end solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of SSO technologies and protocols, such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Strong database administration skills, including experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or other major database platforms.
• Familiar with the latest trends and advancements in CDN technology and experience with at least one CDN implementation end-to-end
• Superb customer service presence and role model with a solid ability to understand functions across various business groups and utilize judgment to take action proactively.
• Ability to take initiative, problem-solve with limited direction, and navigate ambiguity to resolve issues.
• Proven experience in driving operational efficiency for delivery processes and production support.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive SSO strategy that continuously enhances user experience, security, and productivity.
• Ensure database security, integrity, and availability through proper backup and recovery procedures.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive CDN strategy that aligns with business goals and technology roadmap.
• Conduct the fit gap analysis and select CDN solution that best meets Cadence's content delivery needs.
• Lead the implementation and deployment of CDN solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Set clear goals and expectations for the team, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations.
• Manage IT budgets and resources effectively to ensure maximum return on investment.
• Establish and maintain performance metrics to evaluate project and program success, targeting continuous improvement.
• Allocate and optimize resources across programs and projects, monitor resource utilization, and adjust as needed.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership, highlighting key performance indicators.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with external and internal stakeholders and effectively manage conflicts.
• Identify and assess risks and issues, as well as own risk mitigation and issue resolution strategies.
