Job Description
IT Applications Manager . Plan and manage all activities within an assigned Information Services business unit/area. Oversee all aspects of systems analysis, design, development, maintenance, and enhancement for application systems. Mentor, architect, troubleshoot, and code within an agile and innovative culture. Anticipate and identify issues inhibiting goal attainment of assigned unit/area and develop and implement corrective actions. Contribute to the development of annual business application system plans and ensure application systems are developed in a way that aligns with architectural standards and practices. Apply business acumen to help facilitate meetings and provide solutions to ensure the successful execution of projects. Will be a unit representative in mergers and acquisitions and operational conversations, serve on committees relative to technology, products, and equipment, and participate in study and review of proposals and design of new products. Requirements: Bachelors in Computer Science or related field. 7 years mobile development experience in either iOS or Android and must have some experience with at least one mobile programming language such as Objective-C, Swift, Java, Kotlin. Must also have some experience with mobile application deployment in the App Store and Google PlayExperience must include 5 years with DevOps tools and processes and 3 years as a manager or team lead.
