Job Description

We are looking for a passionate engineering leader to join BOKF's Digital Solutions Group (DSG) which houses the flagship web applications our customers use every day. Your primary goal will be to lead a diverse team of web developers across multiple technology stacks to deliver high-value features for our customers and business partners. You will also play an integral role in aligning the DSG's web development efforts into a more consistent and scalable technology stack and architecture.

How You'll Spend Your Time

You will build and lead a team of engineers through hiring, coaching, mentoring, feedback and hands-on career development

Support timely delivery of technical solutions to address business needs

Advocate and advance modern, agile software development practices and help develop and evangelize great engineering and organizational practices

Grow a healthy, collaborative engineering culture in line with the company values

Be an active part of the DSG leadership team and collaborate with other leaders in the organization

Essential Duties

You love developing and growing people and have a track record doing it

You are knowledgeable and passionate about web development which may include Angular, ASP .NET MVC, C#, JavaScript/Typescript and CSS.

You have experience working with a diverse set of stakeholders and helping them understand the trade-offs to different product and technical decisions

You have experience in leading, managing, coaching and mentoring web developers towards delivering timely, high quality software together with them

You have solid experience working in an agile development environment

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Management, or related field and 7-10 years of directly related professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
