Position Overview

Stibo-STEP architect with 5 years of experience in this software.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Centralized owner and leader for product master data management in STEP
• Manages a team which maintains STEP 10.0, 11.0 MDM system for all the Hubbell businesses
• Lead architect to support requirements and develop business wide technology standards
• Provides guidance and direction to team on continuous improvements and new functionality
• Meets and works with businesses to define new system requirements and setup when needed
• Create and maintain attributes, attribute groups, business logic and rules
• Ability to document requirements and functional specifications for system enhancements
• Develop and maintain workflows, Web UIs, system security
• Resolve daily production issues and support business team requests for STEP modifications
• Technical knowledge of Java, JavaScript, SQL, XML, Web services
• Manage integration endpoints; import/exports, event queues in STEP
• Lead effort in cleansing data within Stibo and insuring data completeness and accuracy
• Self directed, able to lead a team and projects supporting business objectives
• Minimum of 5 years experience within STEP - Stibo systems

Skills and Experience• STEP 10.0, 11.0• Minimum of 5 years experience within STEP• Technical knowledge of Java, JavaScript, SQL, XML, Web services• Strong analytical and problem solving skills• Able to manage a team and drive completion of projects• Excellent communication skills• SAP master data knowledge a plus
