Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve IT request from locally in IT ticket system in charged on duty.
- Provide IT support to fix IT issue in Production Lines.
- Providing end-user technical support, IT helpdesk service daily for troubleshooting all issue: Windows, Outlook, Office, network, wireless, printer, IT housekeeping, …
- Deployment of machines, support IT seniors and work as a team member.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Skillful in the following areas:
- OS: MS Windows 7,8,10,11, Windows Active Directory, VMWare
- Network: DNS, Active Directory - Ensure security on local network is preferred.
- Security System: Antivirus, Anti-malware
- Applications: Windows 7/8/10, Office 2013, Office365 suite
- Experience in maintaining physically computer hardware.
- Computer hardware troubleshooting
- Maintenance Wired network and Wireless network
- Maintenance IP Camera system CCTV
- Maintenance Telephone system and PABX
Qualifications
Education, 03 of year experience on similar positions:
- Technical college degree majoring in Electronics or Computer Technical
- At least 2 years experiences in an IT role preferably in the Production industry with a Joint Venture or Foreign Owned Company.
- At least 2-year experience in system, hardware and infrastructure, especially system and infrastructure in production industry is preferred.
- Cisco Meraki Wired and wireless network.
- Well experienced in Microsoft environments and hardware troubleshooting.
