We are currently seeking an IT Analyst to join our new and dynamic team in Clarksville, TN as part of the IT Team!

• IT Associate (IT Security Admin)
  AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
  - IT Security administration
  - Planning: Team Expense and budget management
  - Collaborate with the IT team for IT H/W maintenance and management for the factory
  - Investigate and troubleshoot MES (Manufacturing Execution System), Scanner, Barcode Printer (Zebra), Vision System errors
  - Create and analyze daily IT reports
  - Quickly respond to requests and incidents from employees.
  - Install, support, upgrade, replace, and remediate all IT hardware along manufacturing lines, especially industrial pc.
  - Troubleshoot hardware, operating system and production software issues.
  - Manufacturing Execution System operation
  REQUIREMENTS:
  - A bachelor's degree in Network Communication, Information Technology, or Computer Science
  - Language Skills: Bilingual (Korean and English)
  - An ability to learn new technologies quickly
  - Must have strong communication skills both verbal and written
  - Must be available for weekends, and on-call support
  - Experience troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing hardware on Windows machines
  - Experience troubleshooting basic client-side network (DHCP or static IP, DNS) problems
  - Network and Server hardware support experiences a plus
  - MS SQL and Oracle DBMS experiences a plus.
  - Developing in C# or Java experiences a plus.
  - Cisco network experience is a plus.
  Education Level and/or Relevant Experience:

• Minimum of Bachelors' Degree in IT or a related field or equivalent combination of four years IT education and

work experience

Other Requirements:

• Some occasional international travel required
