Job Title: IT Business Analyst -

Project Initiatives : Streamline and standardize project and portfolio management by consolidating tools and implementing a new software application.

Applications Used: Quickbase, P6, ERP, Maximo, Coupa, Microsoft Products, WinEst, DevonWay.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contribute to information gathering from direct team members and individual contributors to inform software integrations and implementation requirements.
• Attend project team meetings and initiate 1:1 meetings with individual contributors to report back to the project manager.
• Gather high-value requirements for the implementation of a software application.
• Work with individual contributors to identify software needs and develop integrations to implement the new project application.
• Drive the requirements elicitation process, identifying required stakeholder input.
• Analyze business processes, identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommend new approaches.
• Evaluate financial, cultural, technological, organizational, and environmental factors affecting the change program.
• Identify specific measures and mechanisms for measuring benefits and plan to activate these mechanisms at the required time.

Required Skills:

• IT background with integrations and application implementations.
• Business analysis skills, knowledge of the International Institute of Business Analysis - BABOK processes.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Products and ability to create data visualizations and Ability to prioritize requirements and negotiate with various stakeholders.
• Adaptability in a team environment.
• Creativity and critical thinking.

Education and Experience:

• Preferred 8 or more years of experience in or knowledge of specific line of business and/or IT environment.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification preferred.
