As a Business Analyst/Scrum Master, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a scrum team, including running the Agile process and ensuring the team has well defined and actionable work. This includes working with the line of business and digital product managers to gather requirements, writing user stories, user acceptance testing and facilitating agile ceremonies.

Essential Functions

  • Collaborate with business partners across multiple business lines to develop and write user stories, which includes writing acceptance criteria
  • Facilitate Agile occurrences, such as daily stand-up, refinement, sprint planning and retrospectives
  • Manage team velocity and review and provide feedback on design and UX flow
  • Manage backlog, including prioritization of work
  • Remove obstacles and distractions that may impede the team from meeting goals
  • Perform acceptance testing daily
  • Implementation and Release Planning
  • Manage resolution of any issues found during an install
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

  • Intermediate knowledge of agile, including best practices
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with multiple technical & non-technical groups
  • Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Azure Dev Ops, Word, Excel, and Outlook

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 3+ years business analysis experience required
  • 1+ year experience working on an Agile/Scrum Team required
  • Scrum Master Certification preferred
