Job Description:
- Support Windows OS and Linux servers
- Build installation kit for the Software Center
- Create and maintain detailed documentation such as functional requirements and technical interface design documents
- Collaborate with a diverse support team comprised of business, technical and external consulting resources to support the Engineering Teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- GPA of 3.0 or greater
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
- Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
- Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a team oriented, collaborative environment
- Ability to develop/maintain key documentation
