Job Description:
- Support MES system implementation project through development, testing, training and deployment using Agile Scrum Methodology
- Create and maintain detailed documentation such as functional requirements, interface design documents and data mapping specifications
- Collaborate with a diverse support team comprised of business, technical and external consulting resources to streamline key business processes in Supply Chain and Operations Management
- Support data migration validation and managing incidents
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- GPA of 3.0 or greater
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of full software lifecycle implementation using waterfall and/or Agile methodology
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
- Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
- Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a team oriented, collaborative environment
- Ability to develop/maintain key documentation
