Iron Mountain is looking to hire a high-performing Business Analyst to join our Asset Lifecycle Management. As a key individual contributor, the Business Analyst will take responsibility for driving cross-functional collaboration, negotiation, and partnership through the business requirements lifecycle with direct emphasis on enabling business value through IT solutions.

To succeed in this role, the Business Analyst will need a strong understanding of business analysis disciplines and knowledge to execute on agile SDLC methodologies and ceremonies. You must be proactive and have a willingness to independently learn multiple enterprise applications, leverage intellectual curiosity to deep dive on business problems and energetically facilitate across teams in pursuit of innovative solutions to enable the business to operate efficiently and deliver on the companies' strategic goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Elicit, identify, capture, organize, translate, simplify, and manage the business needs of the organization, clients, stakeholders, sponsors, and enterprise systems
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and facilitate negotiations between stakeholders that clearly identify problems, help determine solutions, and gain acceptance on delivery specifications
• Interface with all levels of the organization to gather and document requirements, proactively communicate status, escalate risks and challenges, frame opportunities, and guide decision making
• Use requirements to drive the design, redesign, or review of test cases, process change requests, and to help manage a project's scope, acceptance, installation and deployment.
• Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes, mock-ups, and wireframes
• Write acceptance criteria in partnership with business requestor and application owner
• Answer questions from developers and clarify or refine requirements as needed
• Assess and validate activities to determine if a solution has fulfilled the requirements
• Contribute to the development and documentation of business cases
• Conduct industry-standard impact analysis, gap analysis, and cost/benefit analysis activities
• Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements
• Execute strategic business process modeling and mapping, visualization, traceability, and quality management techniques
• Interface with all levels of the organization
• Translate business needs into IT solutions

Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies:

• Five plus (5+) years of experience with business analysis methodologies and processes.
• Five plus (5+) years of experience with Agile software development framework, methodologies, and ceremonies.
• Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines.
• Able to quickly learn multiple enterprise applications and business processes.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and systems engineering concepts.
• Strong ability to analyze tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and technologies is a plus.
• Understanding of application programming interfaces (APIs) is a plus.
• Previous experience migrating from a legacy system to a modern cloud platform is a plus.
