Video Security & Access Control (VS&AC) IT Team is looking for an IT Business Analyst to execute IT priorities related to the adoption and development of Lead to Cash, subscription life cycle and customer support services through Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ) and SAP. In this role, you will partner with leaders across business functions to enhance & optimize VS&ACs IT capabilities. You will collaborate within IT and business stakeholders to align on what can be delivered, how and by when. You will rally with your peers around operational efficiency and customer value. You will regularly assess our ability to fulfill commitments, find opportunities and address risks. You must be prepared to manage continuously evolving priorities to make sure the team delivers high value, in line with mutually agreed parameters.
Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
Ensure stakeholders and business partners generate experiences that delight customers and partners as VS&AC’s IT capabilities related to Lead to Cash, subscriptions & customer support services are built, enhanced and transformed.
Maintain alignment with several stakeholders including customer service management, product development, sales & business operations, and business clients.
Analyze business requirements to develop, manage and prioritize User stories to deliver appropriate IT capabilities including the creation of tickets in Jira.
Maintain up-to-date user guides and Process Documentation & create as-is & to-be process flows for new initiatives. Address how-to queries.
Identify business areas that can be improved to increase efficiency and strengthen business processes.
Work closely with business stakeholders to communicate findings and help implement changes.
Effectively execute on IT Capabilities delivery & business escalations.
Drive adoption of IT capabilities, and champion organizational change management.
Monitor and control project quality, risk & performance. Ensure fulfillment of commitments by designated timelines and milestones.
Contribute to Roadmap & release planning through a detailed understanding & documentation of business needs as well as scoping of initiatives.
Assist with the development of business cases to help establish budget and project plans for new initiatives.
Assist with coordinating and leading User Acceptance Testing efforts
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role to include writing user stories and process documentation.
Significant contribution to the successful deployment of at least 2 Salesforce-related projects.
A general understanding of the capabilities and architecture of the Salesforce platform.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Proven ability to create high-quality and detailed documentation.
Proven ability to drive & lead requirements-elicitation sessions and workshops across multiple business functions.
Self-starter who enjoys taking the initiative.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
5+ years of IT Business Analysis experience.
Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization based on trust, transparency, and by delivering on commitments.
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to balance and effectively prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to drive a conversation with business stakeholders to uncover the “why” behind requirements. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys acting as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and not just an order taker.
Proven problem solving skills, with ability to resolve complex issues in an environment of rapid change positively and professionally; ability to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions, and resolve conflicts.
Fundamental understanding of organizational change management
Knowledge and experience working with CPQ, ERP, Subscription Management and other lead to cash systems is an added plus.
Knowledge and experience working with SAP is an added plus.
Experience writing Acceptance Criteria in Gherkin format.
Note: Candidate must reside in the US.
